Due to the cross-contamination, the aliens in the Antitrix may have unique abilities that their normal counterparts do not have.
The exception to this is Bashmouth, who unlike the others, is not a hybrid. The Antitrix is a DNA-altering device, using the cross-contaminated alien DNA it has to transform the user into a monstrous, mutated hybrid of any aliens in the device.
